In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customer inquiries, product support, and service solutions. You’ll play a key part in building lasting relationships and delivering the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
Role Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage a high volume of inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Accurately update customer accounts and process orders
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Deliver clear, complete, and accurate information using provided tools and resources
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
