We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our exciting Customer Experience Consultant team in Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer support, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing;

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from our clients  (average of 60-70 interactions (blend of calls & emails) per day, approx 30-40 emails per day)

  • Accurately log client requests into our systems

  • Resolve queries efficiently and professionally

  • Meet client KPI’s and contribute to team targets

  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

  • Support and improve internal processes and procedures

  • A confident communicator with a passion for customer service

  • Excellent phone manner and a knack for sending concise emails

  • Strong multi-tasker, juggling different tasks without compromising quality

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, a natural problem solver!

  • Positive attitude, integrity, and honesty

  • Organised, self-disciplined, and a team player

  • Experience in a call centre environment or customer service role (ie, retail or hospitality etc) is a plus but not essential – we’ll provide full training so you can develop your career!

  • Proficient in computer literacy and keyboard skills
