About the Role
As a Customer Experience Associate at our Taulov site, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be part of a dynamic team that manages customer requests, booking freight, resolves issues, and maintains strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries such as freight bookings, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints in relevant systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service levels and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist with training and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent service standards across the team.
We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
