JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is located in the Paso Robles region of California's Central Coast. We operate with a desire to make world-class wines that reflect the unique soils and climate of the area. We take great pride in making Bordeaux-style blends and single varietals, combining Old World tradition with New World techniques.

The JUSTIN Wine Society team is seeking an Associate, Customer Experience to join our Wine Society team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our wine club members for all four wine brands, JUSTIN, Landmark, Lewis, and JNSQ via a variety of omnichannel platforms. This Associate will support the Manager, Customer Experience with daily and special tasks.

This position will be based at our Paso Robles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Ensures world class customer service is provided in all facets of omnichannel communications (to include telephone, email, chat, text, in person) with all wine brand members and guest purchasers
  • Displays a concierge-level service style when interacting with members, customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Actively recruits members to join Wine Society clubs and sells wine to existing members and customers
  • Works with Manager, Customer Experience to manage and improve logistics and shipping process, to include deliverability, compliance, returns, and damages
  • Works with Manager, Customer Experience to manage seasonal club charges, decline management, and new member inclusion and recruitment
  • Engages with external departments and vendors as needed in support of Wine Society eCommerce and Club requirements
  • Proactively supports Manager, Customer Experience in all daily ecommerce and club order systems, shipping, and customer service tasks and goals
  • Works with Manager, Customer Experience to manage customer tags, to include employee and special pricing qualifications
  • Maintains accurate record-keeping and CRM database information
  • Participates in on-property events and executes off-site events, as needed
  • Accommodate a varying schedule throughout the year as determined by the ebb and flow of traffic to our different business units
  • Must be willing to work rotational schedule, including weekends, as needed

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years sales, hospitality and/or marketing/public relations experience in the wine industry preferred
  • AA degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven success working in a customer service and/or sales position or industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office -- especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
