What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring orders, logistics, and communications are handled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team and California Commercial Team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process customer orders and support shipping, receiving, returns, rebates, and reverse logistics.
- Manage customer care, logistics, and returns inboxes while ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate with Suterra's third-party logistics (3PL) partner to support inventory management, warehouse operations, invoice reconciliation, and product movement.
- Support distributor relationships throughout the Eastern and Central United States.
- Maintain accurate customer information and data within HubSpot CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and logistics partners through proactive communication and collaboration.
- Assist with process improvements and other Customer Experience initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative office environment.
- Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
