Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship in designated area to deliver the accounts’ growth in sales & profit base on company’s budget and priorities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned accounts
- Negotiate and acquire trade contracts that align with overall International Spirit and Champaign (ISC) sales strategies;
- Responsible for assigning sales target and operating profit to achieve targets and objectives;
- Manage A&P budget, product mix, and collect sales information from each accounts;
- Work with marketing, using past information and learning from best practice to develop best-in-class activation program for customers;
- Partner with Key Account Executive in Wholesaler team to seek new opportunities and strengthen the business;
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences and provide inputs to marketing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 5 years working experience in sales of consumer products, luxury products or related field
- Fluency in Thai and English language are required
- Target oriented, dynamic, proative and independent
- Agile and adaptable outlook with strong influencing communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Good understanding of Thai Authorities, alcoholic business regulations and customs
