The Customer Development Executive supports the Customer Development Manager in driving sales growth and managing key restaurant and HORECA accounts. The role focuses on executing account plans, building customer relationships, and ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives within assigned HORECA and FSR accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships with Bistro Group, The Moment Group, Andok’s, and other local restaurant chains.
- Ensure timely processing of orders, delivery coordination, and account servicing.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to the Customer Development Manager.
- Assist in implementing joint business plans and promotional programs.
- Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve client concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, foodservice/ restaurant supply.
- Strong client servicing and coordination skills
- Good command of Excel and Powerpoint
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and CRM tools.
- Knowledge in planning, customer business planning and joint business planning
- Experience working with food importers, toll processors, commissaries or fresh produce suppliers.
- Willing to work in the field and report to the office in Sucat, Parañaque City as needed.
