The Customer Development Executive for the Industrial Channel is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with local and export-oriented manufacturers and meat processors. This role ensures business growth through value-added solutions and partnership strategies tailored to the industrial segment

  • Develop strategic plans to grow sales and market share within the industrial and manufacturing channels.
  • Manage key relationships with meat processors and local manufacturers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify potential accounts and introduce product solutions aligned with manufacturing needs.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure reliable product supply and order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular business performance reports and market updates.
  • Manage and develop account profitability while ensuring strong service delivery standards.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.


Requirements
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or food manufacturing segments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large scale accounts
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to Work at Sucat, Paranaque City
Nice to have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge in planning, customer business planning and joint business planning
  • Knowledge of raw material sourcing (meat, seafood, or vegetables) and supply chain dynamics in the industrial channel.
