Our Customer Development Executive is responsible in making sure we provide the best solution to our food business partners such as chefs and food Operators through our best-in-class brands. As the makers of Knorr, Lady’s Choice, Best Foods, The Vegetarian Butcher and Carte d’or, we aim to collaborate and win with our operators as we engage in collaborative solution selling, Ideations, exploring creative recipes and profitability, therefore, growing both our businesses as we serve relevant dishes to our diners.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
To generate sales of Unilever Food Solutions products and penetrate an assigned territory at a profit and in a manner, that ensures the long-term viability
To generate sales and achieved agreed target of Food Solution products, increase product penetration both in targeted existing and new customers and building excellent business relationships
• The achievement of the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and or sales value
• Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at point-of-sale Implement standard of UFS selling skill and Chef Manship skill
• Plan the routing to maximize time spent at point-of-sale Check and act immediately on Out of Stock
• Check assortment and act on availability of our brands
• Ensure shelf space in line with planograms Introduce innovations within the set timeframe and maximize visibility Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands Negotiate local actions in line with company policies
• Sell in promotions and negotiate best available promo locations
• Implement the national key account agreements and report on the gaps per POS
• Targeting the right operator
• Able to identify size of opportunity of operator
• Creating and Sustaining Demand: introducing our products with operator through recipes & menu
• Growing the number of uses & applications of UFS products through chefmanship skill & help the operator to build a bigger repertoire of dishes
• Able to use marketing & merchandising support in line with operator needs
Experiences & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/College Degree, Economics, Business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent
• Has Culinary background, (this includes leading and managing running Kitchen operation, exposed in commissary activities and value chain)
• Is Self-Motivated, agile and Has passion for food
• High drive for learning and breakthrough thinking
