About Your Role

We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at Harrison.ai and as we continue to grow, we have identified the need to find technically astute deployment engineers to join the Asia team to help the planned expansion of our company and our deployment strategies globally as new products are brought to market.

Customer Deployment Engineers at Harrison.ai are responsible for ensuring our customers, partners, and internal teams receive the best deployment experience for the integration, training, and use of our enterprise solutions. You will primarily perform remote installation and configuration, plus remote support troubleshooting and issue resolution during a project. You will also provide customer and partner training. This role is key to delivering great customer experiences through successful implementations and a clean handover to business-as-usual support. Our team also provides systems and demos to internal cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

Deployment & Technical Tasks

  • Deploy Harrison.ai solutions, including software installation, configuration, and system testing.

  • Remotely build, configure, and manage Ubuntu Linux enterprise systems.

  • Work with our healthcare industry vendor partners to create and maintain integrations for our customer base.

  • Implement and design integrations with our partners using messaging standards like RESTful APIs and HL7.

  • Maintain and manage test environments for problem replication.

  • Provide systems and demos to internal cross-functional teams and for client demonstrations.

Project & Customer Management

  • Collaborate with customers to validate the proposed solution architecture and ensure alignment with their workflows and objectives.

  • Maintain close communication with customers regarding ongoing tasks and expectations.

  • Take ownership of and manage customer cases and customer expectations professionally.

Support & Documentation

  • Provide effective and high-quality technical support (Level 2 and 3) to our growing customer base

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues using documentation, knowledge base articles, and the wider technical team.

  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for future use.

  • Correctly escalate technical issues to other internal teams, and work with our development group to resolve advanced issues.

  • Document all work in line with organisational policies and regulatory guidelines in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of service experience in healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging informatics technologies.

  • Multiple years’ experience working directly with external customers

  • Experience installing and maintaining Linux operating systems.

  • Experience with configuration and scripting (Bash or Python).

  • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, and other networking concepts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Willingness to travel, including internationally.

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • Computer science degree, healthcare/informatics or similar discipline.

  • Experience and/or knowledge of case management (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge base tools (Confluence, SharePoint).

  • Experience with healthcare information protocols, standards, and systems (e.g., HL7, DICOM, PACS, EHR, and/or RIS).

  • Familiarity with AWS and VMWare (certifications preferable).

  • Experience with healthcare workflow engines (e.g., Nextgen Connect).

  • Previous experience as a System Admin or Infrastructure Engineer.

  • Experience with containerisation platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
