Own the US finance function for a scaling teleradiology business, including payroll, multi-state payroll tax compliance, accounts payable, expenses, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking, and vendor oversight. Administer radiologist compensation, analyze RVU economics, support revenue recognition and cash-flow forecasting, and partner with Group Finance, People & Culture, Legal, and operations. Direct an outsourced accounting and payroll provider while developing a roadmap to bring capabilities in-house.

Deploy, configure, and support Harrison.ai enterprise solutions remotely; build and manage Ubuntu systems; implement integrations (REST, HL7); provide L2/L3 troubleshooting, customer training, documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners.

Provide Level 1/2 support across teleradiology operations, SaaS AI imaging products, and corporate IT. Troubleshoot HL7 and DICOM integrations, manage PACS/RIS connectivity, own Level 2 customer cases and SLAs, administer identity, device management and cloud infrastructure, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and maintain compliance with HIPAA/GDPR/ISO in a regulated clinical environment.

Lead post-sales customer engagements across Middle East & Africa, driving onboarding, product adoption, clinical and operational success, renewals, and account growth. Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Clinical teams to deliver training, change management, health monitoring, QBRs, escalations, and customer advocacy while traveling regionally to support implementations and executive engagements.

Design and implement AI solutions for healthcare, focusing on foundation models and self-supervised learning. Optimize models and training pipelines for scale and rapid experimentation, evaluate generative models, collaborate with engineering and DevOps, follow test-driven agile practices, document progress, and benchmark state-of-the-art techniques to drive product development and clinical impact.

Design, develop and optimise foundation-model and self-supervised learning solutions for healthcare. Build and validate ML training pipelines, evaluate generative models, collaborate with engineering/devops teams, document progress, and apply software engineering best practices for production-ready AI-as-a-medical-device products.
