Job Summary:
Responsible for the support of customers across the GSCS organisation. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to working closely with the Supply Chain Program Manager / Operations Manager, Sales, and Asset teams on the tactical execution of the overall engagement. Customer Order Backlog Management, preparing necessary reporting for local and corporate customers, and handling various administrative tasks linked to the daily business. Fundamental strategies and objectives. To this role, is the understanding of and working in accordance with, the GSCS mission and values.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Completes appropriate weekly task lists by working with the leaders and managers, prioritising workload accordingly.
- Responsible for the day-to-day Customer Demand Handling and proactive review.
- Creates, maintains, and manages the Customer demand in SAP and any 3rd party systems:
- Creates and updates Customer Purchase Orders and scheduling agreements/forecasts.
- Manage customer forecasts and actions on exceptions and errors.
- Reviews Customer Order backlog and actions systemic blocks and outbound shipments
- Review and provide feedback to the Supply Chain Manager / Program Manager regarding the potential inability to meet customers immediate demand.
- Handling exceptions on the program: blocks, export issues etc. Daily administration of pricing: expiring special price and revalidation
- Maintains and updates electronic and /or hard copy records as required.
- Adheres to process and quality standards for Global engagements and meets defined metrics.
- Effectively communicates with team members regarding current product information and provides accurate and detailed information, and input on products and final solutions.
- Promptly and accurately responds to prospective or existing customer information requests.
- Participates and contributes to Operations Meetings.

Work Experience:
- Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
Education and Certification(s):
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language will be an advantage.
- Computer, email, phone, communication, and fast-paced solving skills required.
- Microsoft Office skills, mainly in Excel.
