Position Summary
Collaborates with national accounts and electronic data interchange support to coordinate and implement projects for customers.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collects data and business requirements from customers by analyzing key documents, such as trading partner profiles, customer scorecards, and electronic data interchange specifications.
- Prepares internal reports to update management on account statuses.
- Communicates daily with internal and external stakeholders.
- Processes data service requests to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Delivers verbal and written communication to senior executives.
- Monitors industry trends and best practices to enhance customer connectivity strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or a related field.
- 2+ years of transportation, data analysis, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
