As we scale our relationships with large prime contractors and US government entities, the complexity of post-sales compliance grows with it. The Client Compliance Administrator will report to our Global Bid Manager and will play a critical role in managing this complexity; ensuring that all customer-facing documentation, portal registrations, and compliance requirements are met accurately and on time. You will serve as the primary owner of customer onboarding documentation, NDA and contract lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination to satisfy the compliance requirements of US Defense primes and related organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain US customer portals and the associated customer portal register, ensuring information is current and accurately reflects the status of each relationship.
  • Manage handoffs and execution of post-award activities, ensuring all required steps are completed promptly following deal close.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to customer documents, engaging stakeholders across data security, risk management, business assurance, and product teams as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all customer documentation requirements and applicable industry regulations, maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant standards.
  • Manage NDAs end-to-end, including tracking execution status, maintaining the NDA log, and proactively flagging upcoming renewals or expirations.
  • Support the review of customer Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) as needed, identifying key obligations and surfacing risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Global Bid Manager and relevant internal teams to assess and manage compliance-related risk appropriately.
  • Update and maintain reference documentation for the internal T&C helpdesk, ensuring content remains accurate and fit for purpose.

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably within technology and/or manufacturing sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with US Defense prime supplier portals and/or government compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of the US Defense prime and supply chain landscape, including familiarity with related regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong ability to analyse complex documentation, identify risks, and drive process improvements.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of managing high-accuracy work under deadline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across teams and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and deliver to deadlines without compromising quality.
