Customer Communications Assistant
$17.70 - $23.14 per hour

Would you like to work in an environment with direct exposure to our executive team while working with all operations departments? We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented person with proficiency in programs like Excel and AdobePro. Positive attitude a must. A great way to learn about the Company and make a lasting impression.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the central contact for escalated customer communications, engage with every operational area, offering a broad perspective of the Companies' operations. Play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining regulatory compliance. Be part of a supportive team, with opportunities to make meaningful contributions.
Remote work options if located more than 30 miles from the Home Office in Columbia, MO. Training maybe required at our Home Office location.
