About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

You'll join Sales Operations, the team hyperscalers and strategic customers rely on to turn massive, fast-moving demand into predictable, well-executed business. As Marvell's customer footprint scales into the multi-billion-dollar range, this team is the connective tissue between what our biggest customers need and what Marvell delivers — protecting forecast accuracy, booking integrity, and executive trust at a moment when the stakes (and the volumes) have never been higher.

What You Can Expect

This isn't a back-office operations role — it's a seat at the table with some of the most important customers in tech. You will:

  • Own the full customer demand signal and forecast, driving alignment across  customer and Internal forecasts
  • Be the operational nerve center for forecast accuracy, variance management, and revenue predictability
  • Hunt down and close booking, backlog, and revenue gaps before they become problems
  • Serve as the senior-level face of Marvell for day-to-day operational and business execution with your customer
  • Lead executive forecast, demand, and business reviews — representing Marvell in rooms that matter
  • Cut through supply, backlog, allocation, logistics, and delivery issues to keep commitments on track
  • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Planning, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Supply Chain, and Sales to get things done
  • Translate customer roadmaps and demand signals into internal plans Marvell can actually execute against
  • Free up your Account Manager partners to focus on what they do best: winning the next design and the next growth wave
  • A role at the center of the AI and cloud infrastructure buildout, with direct visibility into how hyperscalers plan and scale
  • High-stakes, high-trust relationships — you'll be trusted with executive-level conversations from day one
  • A fast-paced, high-growth environment where your decisions have real, visible revenue impact
  • Deep cross-functional exposure across Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Sales
  • A five-day-a-week, in-office culture at our Santa Clara headquarters — built for the kind of real-time collaboration this role demands, with no remote or hybrid option
  • The chance to build scalable account management practices that will define how Marvell operates as it grows

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in sales operations, customer operations, or account management within semiconductors or complex B2B technology environments
  • A track record of owning customer forecasts, demand planning, and revenue execution — not just reporting on them
  • Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insights ready for an executive audience
  • A proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial fluency
  • Systems-level thinking across forecasting, supply chain, and revenue operations
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while juggling multiple complex workstreams
  • A high-ownership, proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Experience at, or supporting, a major hyperscaler strongly preferred
