- We are seeking a sharp and strategic Analytics & Optimization Manager to lead campaign performance analysis across Portfolio, Segment and Customer Lifecycle initiatives for Wealth Management. This role is critical to ensuring that strategies deployed across the Wealth Management customer lifecycle are insight-led, performance-driven, and continuously optimized for maximum impact.
You will act as the analytical backbone of the Portfolio Development Group — turning data into actionable insights that shape campaigns, product interventions, and go-to-market decisions. - Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and analyze end-to-end performance of acquisition, habituation, upsell, retention and incubation campaigns across Wealth products.
Build dashboards, reports, and frameworks that highlight key trends, growth levers, and performance gaps.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and behavioral drop-offs across customer journeys.
Partner with Segment Development, Lifecycle, and Product teams to recommend optimizations.
Design and interpret A/B tests, multivariate tests, and experiments to validate hypotheses.
Work closely with Data Science and CRM teams to support segmentation, modeling, and targeting strategies.
Champion a test-and-learn culture within the Portfolio Development team.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership on campaign ROI and customer behavior insights.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in analytics, performance marketing, or data-driven growth roles — ideally in fintech, digital banking, or e-commerce.
Strong skills in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), and statistical analysis.
Experience with marketing or CRM analytics (Clevertap, Salesforce, etc.).
Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, retention metrics, and LTV.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative — with a passion for optimization and continuous improvement.
