About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Customer Analytics Manager reporting to our Managing Director, Customer Success Operations & Strategy.
This role is a great opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to provide strategic advice to the Customer Success team and senior leadership through comprehensive analysis of customer data. You will work closely with data and operations teams to establish processes that ensure the collection of vital data to drive your analyses.

What you'll do

  • Leadership Reporting: Present key customer data and advise senior leadership on strategic decisions.
  • Data Migration: Support the data team's migration from Looker to Sigma, gaining expertise in Sigma to enhance data analysis and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Reporting Automation: Develop and implement automated leadership reporting processes within Sigma to streamline data reporting and analysis.
  • CS Improvements: Identify CS and sales growth and improvement areas through data analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work with CSMs and cross-functional stakeholders to understand and address project-related issues.


What you'll bring

  • Experience: At least 1 year in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or FP&A, with a foundation in financial analysis and project management.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability in data analysis, project management, and problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Tooling Experience: Proficiency in spreadsheets and slideshows (Microsoft or Google)
  • Business Intelligence Skills: Experience with Sigma and/or Looker (or general BI tools) preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Initiative: Self-starter mentality with a desire for ownership from start to finish.

Pay transparency
Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

Base pay range
$92,000 - $138,000 USD
