Responsibilities include code review, OKR progress tracking, strategic meetings, process improvement, and servant leadership. Requires 4+ years of Agile development experience, 3+ years of team management experience, expertise in end-to-end testing, proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, and familiarity with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
