Job Description:
This role is responsible for MW Activation strategy deployment and tailoring of activation plans together with local One Demand team and local Customers. The person on this role is aimed to drive cluster EBAs and local TMAs activations, taking specifics of a local market for more customer centricity and actionability in activity development.
The purpose of this position is to deliver successful execution with Customers in line with cluster annual plan & local KPIs.
What are we looking for?- 2+ years relevant experience in Brand/Trade/Customer/Shopper Marketing or Sales in FMCG or at Key Retailers' side
- Czech or Slovak language – native
- English– Upper intermediate
- Experienced in MS Office programs, SAP (preferably)
- Drives for result & actionability
- Balancing internal & external stakeholders
- Collaborates effectively
- Project leadership & efficient teamwork
- Close cooperation with local Demand & Sales Team
- Managing right execution of national activities (EBAs) at customer level
- Full responsibility over tailored localized Customer Activations (TMAs) & sellng stories
- Managing Customer specific temporary displays & POSM production based on cluster & local toolkit
- Understanding & collecting local customers' needs and requirements for execution and aligning on them with One Demand while preparing annual plan
- Ownership of Activity Booster Meeting as an alignment feeder for S&OP+ process
- Updating local co-pack catalog of temporary displays
- Managing local Consumer Promo budget (temporary displays & POSM)
- Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles
