Job Overview:
Our client, Programmers Force, seeks proactive and goal-oriented Customer Acquisition Executives to join our team. The candidates will generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, building relationships, and initiating the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can identify decision-makers within target accounts, engage them effectively, and schedule demos to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound LinkedIn messages and emails to identify and engage with key decision-makers
- Qualify outbound leads to create a pipeline of potential customers
- Generate interest and schedule demos with prospective clients
- Accurately maintain and update prospect data in the CRM, ensuring clean an organized records
- Follow a structured outreach process, including cadencing/sequencing to optimize prospect engagement
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to Account Executive.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and revenue generation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience with tools: sales navigator, apollo.io, email marketing tools, cold calling tools.
- Good Communication and must be fluent in english.
