Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Acquisition: Pitch services, explain onboarding requirements, support documentation needs, and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately update customer information in Airtable, Uber, and internal trackers; ensure customers are marked “Registered & Ready for Training.”

  • Onboarding Support: Guide customers through onboarding, upload required documents, and address inquiries for a smooth experience.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified customers and track their progress to avoid drop-offs.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance, Validation, and Training teams for seamless customer handovers.



Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms (e.g., Airtable, Uber systems) is an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
