Onboarding Support: Guide customers through onboarding, upload required documents, and address inquiries for a smooth experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified customers and track their progress to avoid drop-offs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance, Validation, and Training teams for seamless customer handovers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms (e.g., Airtable, Uber systems) is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
