Your day-to-day: You’ll build customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and use our technology platform to manage shipments, developing skills in operations, sales, and account management. This role offers multiple career paths, and we love to promote from within.

Your responsibilities:

Build and maintain customer relationships

Communicate shipment updates and ensure a customer-centric approach

Analyze customer inquiries and provide timely, quality insights

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Respond urgently to ensure an excellent customer experience

Leverage Navisphere to exceed customer expectations

Collaborate internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams
You’re a great fit if you have:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Previous customer engagement experience
-
Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
