What You’ll Do:
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in our business system.
- Verify customer shipping and billing addresses, checking for potential fraud.
- Communicate with customers to confirm information and request email addresses for invoicing.
- Review customer credit and assign credit limits.
- Update open orders based on changes to existing customer accounts.
- Assist with requests for ACH/Wire payments and invoices.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
