Job Description Summary:

The purpose of this role is to manage the plant operational concentrate and beverage base supply and service requirements to our bottling partners and Business Units. Another key responsibility is to support and work closely with the Customer Management (CM) Managers in developing customer relationships, identifying and implementing end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions and improvements that maximise value to the system.

 

  • Responsibility to build strong customer demand review collaboration routines to facilitate timely decision making and increased customer satisfaction
  • Processing of sales orders and forecasts received from customers through WEB based systems to initiate the manufacturing process and meet customer requirements in full and at optimised cost
  • Work with the planning teams to actively adjust coverage profiles to mitigate supply risks to concentrate and juice supply
  • Point of contact for invoices on orders for accounts under their control to support accurate and timely financial and volume reporting.
  • Manage customer concerns/complaints/supply issues by ensuring effective communication with customer, trend analysis to facilitate in development of corrective actions and follow up to ensure close out of issues
  • Seek frequent feedback from our bottling partners as part of the CPS continuous improvement mind-set and use tools like the opinion survey, feedback forms and customer facing metrics including POR results to deliver world class levels of customer service
  • Monitor, analyse and take mitigation actions based on aging stock reports to avoid write-off costs, in association with internal departments, Business Units and the Customer.
  • Work with internal & external teams to support in the implementation of new business models/ supply point shifts/ BCP activity to the project timeline and needs of the bottling partners to ensure smooth transition
  • Identify areas of productivity & cost saving opportunities and work with internal stakeholders and customers in approving and implementing these projects to completion
  • This role is expected to understand unique customer requirements in detail and will monitor, assess and implement when changes are required working closely with relevant functions experts.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Demonstrated Customer Management experience with a strong focus on problem solving skills and a high level of accountability
  • An effective communicator who is capable of building strong customer relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Preference for candidates with good working knowledge of SAP/Salesforce/IBP/ Power BI/ Excel
  • Organised and methodical with the ability to work to strict deadlines in a controlled and structured way
  • University Diploma/Degree in a business orientated discipline preferred.
  • Business proficiency in English. An additional European language is an advantage.
