Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. - Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Android Application Development. - Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration. - Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in testing frameworks and methodologies for mobile applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
