Summary:
Accenture is seeking an experienced Enablon / EHS Application Support Consultant to provide Application Managed Services (AMS) and production support for Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), Risk Management, Asset Integrity, Inspection, and Reliability applications. The role involves supporting platforms such as Enablon, KMS MOC, ProRisk, Process Safety Pressure Protection Manager (PS PPM), InspectFlow+, HUVR Inspection Data Management System, GE APM, Nobles Asset Inspection, Alignment Reliability Center, Insight M, and related operational risk solutions.
The candidate will work closely with business, operations, reliability, maintenance, process safety, environmental, and IT teams to ensure application stability, incident resolution, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement of EHS and operational risk management processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to solution development.
Provide L2/L3 support for Enablon and associated EHS, Risk, Integrity, and Reliability applications.
Support business processes related to Incident Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Asset Integrity, Inspection, Reliability, and Management of Change (MOC).
Troubleshoot application, workflow, configuration, integration, and user access issues.
Support and maintain KMS MOC, ProRisk, PS PPM, InspectFlow+, HUVR IDMS, GE APM, and related systems.
Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring application issues.
Perform configuration changes, minor enhancements, and application administration activities.
Coordinate with business users, reliability engineers, process safety teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
Support data quality validation, reporting, dashboards, and compliance monitoring activities.
Participate in system testing, patching, upgrades, and deployment activities.
Prepare and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, ITIL, Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and application optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
8-10 years of experience in Application Support, AMS, or Production Support.
Strong experience with Enablon Platform.
Experience supporting one or more of the following applications:
KMS MOC (Management of Change)
ProRisk
Process Safety Pressure Protection Manager (PS PPM)
InspectFlow+
HUVR Inspection Data Management System (IDMS)
GE APM Cloud
Nobles Asset Inspection

Additional Information:
The candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience supporting Enablon and EHS/Risk Management applications in an AMS or production support environment.
Experience supporting global EHS, Compliance, Risk, Inspection, Asset Integrity, or Reliability programs is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
