About the Team:
The Library team currently operating with 9 members oversees the Tulip Library, Tulip’s app-building marketplace. This platform enables customers to enhance their operations by integrating pre-built apps, app suites, and third-party connectors into their workflows.
As a content creator and documentation specialist of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that directly impact the manufacturing industry and help improve the efficiency and productivity of factories. You will use your understanding of common manufacturing practices and your empathetic mindset to understand the challenges of the people on the shop floor, and develop creative solutions to solve them.

What skills do I need?
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in user-centered technical writing or user education.
- Experience in video content creation for software platforms.
- Ability to approach documentation with a user-centered mindset, ensuring it is intuitive and helpful for users of varying technical expertise.
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams, including designers, developers, and customer success.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into structured documentation updates and product improvements.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere.
- Experience using AI tools like OpenAI ChatGPT or Google Gemini to accelerate documentation.
- Familiarity with Jira and CRM platforms is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write and maintain user-centered documentation (such as user guides, how-to articles, and FAQ) for Tulip Library’s no-code apps.
- Develop and edit user-focused video guides for no-code applications in Tulip Library
- Collaborate with team members to understand the functionality and intended use cases of each app.
- Ensure documentation supports and enhances the user experience, providing clear, actionable information tailored to user needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests, providing clear and helpful guidance.
- Advocate for users by bringing their insights into product discussions and feature prioritization.
- Use user feedback to identify pain points and proactively improve content quality and coverage.
- Create onboarding materials, tutorials, and other content to help users quickly adopt and succeed with Tulip apps.
