Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support US Space Force curriculum development.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide curriculum development and maintenance support
- Provide input to ensure correct alignment of course training materials
- Design and develop lesson plans, instructional guides, student handouts, multimedia presentations, and assessment instruments aligned with approved learning objectives
- Review and update course materials on a recurring basis to ensure alignment with current Joint Publications (JPs), AFDD/AFPD doctrine, CJCS instructions, and relevant National Defense Strategy guidance
- Integrates lessons learned from current operations, joint exercises, and After-Action Reviews (AARs) into instructional content
- Liaise with Training Development/Curriculum Development Managers (CDMs) and instructors to support agile course development based on instructional system design principles
- Work with Training Development/Curriculum Development Managers (CDMs), instructors, and curriculum development teams to plan, analyze, develop, implement and evaluated courses, and develop cogent course revision schedules
- Collaborates with the squadron Curriculum Development stakeholders to conduct formal Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE).
- Develops and maintains scenario libraries, case studies, and vignettes relevant to joint warfighting and multi-domain operations.

- Minimum of five (5) years' of Curriculum Development/Instructional Systems Design experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience with implementing courses in a Learning Management System
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and evaluate formal instructional programs using established ISD methodologies including needs analysis, learning objective development, assessment design, and course evaluation.
- Experience with distributed learning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), or e-learning course development.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools to support instructional design, content development, data analysis, or curriculum quality assurance
- Experience with AETC curriculum development is highly desired
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, STEM, Space, Intelligence, IT/Cybersecurity, International Relations or National Security studies
Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance eligibility is required
Skills Required
- Minimum five years curriculum development/Instructional Systems Design experience
- Minimum five years implementing courses in a Learning Management System
