Analyze the effectiveness, interoperability, and operational use of Navy counter-unmanned/uncrewed systems. Support force-protection working groups, operational planning, concepts, procedures, tactics, operations orders, and taskers. Research evolving AI-enabled drone threats, identify capability gaps, and recommend improvements to airspace management, rules of engagement, doctrine, training, and system employment across afloat, ashore, and expeditionary environments.

Supports cybersecurity system planning, design, implementation, operations, reporting, and DoD RMF accreditation. Manages vulnerabilities, reviews network security configurations, monitors system health, responds to cyber incidents and tasking orders, maintains cybersecurity diagrams and change documentation, and trains military personnel. The role also provides expertise in risk management, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and cyber readiness reporting.

Provides strategic and operational MAGTF logistics planning support for combatant command and Marine Corps operations. Integrates supply, sustainment, medical, engineering, maintenance, transportation, munitions, facilities, and contract support into contingency and theater plans. Designs, implements, modernizes, and troubleshoots wide-area communications and satellite network systems. Configures networks, activates and monitors SATCOM terminals, resolves baseband, IF, and RF incidents, coordinates satellite and gateway access using JIST, and maintains routers, servers, switches, microwave, and fiber systems. Develops engineering diagrams, manages technical changes, maintains system documentation, and supports integration and commercialization of deployed communications systems.

Supports senior military leadership by analyzing operational information and producing Operational Update Products, executive summaries, strategic documents, correspondence, briefs, and assessments. Coordinates staff activities, synthesizes classified and unclassified materials, supports operational planning, and delivers writing and presentation training. Requires extensive military operational analysis and executive writing experience, strong knowledge of staff processes, and the ability to support CENTCOM-related priorities.

Provides expert MAGTF future operations and crisis action planning support. Leads Operational Planning Teams, applies MCPP, MDMP, and joint planning methodologies, analyzes force structure and component requirements, reviews classified plans, and produces FRAGOs, WARNOs, branch plans, and related operational documentation. Advises senior leaders and supports planning within the CENTCOM area of responsibility.

Manages complex DoD programs supporting CENTCOM and senior military stakeholders. Provides research, analysis, program design, technical liaison services, subcontractor oversight, resource management, reporting, corrective action planning, and contract compliance. Coordinates personnel, schedules, performance metrics, and communications with government representatives while ensuring mission objectives and continuity across operational and corporate teams.

Conduct expert-level all-source intelligence analysis supporting senior military leadership. Integrate HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and coalition reporting; analyze terrorist, insurgent, illicit, and regional threats; and produce tailored intelligence reports and briefings for general officer and joint audiences. Maintain intelligence repositories, use advanced analytic platforms, and provide timely operational insights. The role requires extensive intelligence experience, a master’s degree, JPME or equivalent staff education, and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Provides expert CENTCOM security cooperation and coalition planning support across bilateral, multilateral, joint, and contingency environments. Develops and integrates OPLANs and CONPLANs, incorporates partner-nation and regional considerations, coordinates with diplomatic and military stakeholders, reviews planning products, and briefs senior leadership. Requires Foreign Area Officer expertise, Middle Eastern geopolitical knowledge, extensive Combatant Command or Component Command planning experience, a master’s degree, JPME or equivalent education, and Top Secret clearance.

Supports NATO mission security by assessing travel, event, counterintelligence, and site risks; developing security plans and briefings; conducting surveys and audits; coordinating with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and NATO stakeholders; providing on-site event security; and documenting incidents, after-action reports, and lessons learned.

Supports NATO ACT engagement with the U.S. Congress and Washington defense community. Monitors defense legislation, appropriations, budgets, and political developments; assesses implications for NATO; develops strategic reports and recommendations; cultivates Congressional and intergovernmental relationships; coordinates briefings, hearings, delegations, and policy engagements; and advises senior NATO leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities.

Supports NATO JISR&A capability development through multi-source and multi-domain intelligence fusion, requirements analysis, DOTMLPFI synchronization, policy and doctrine development, program management, stakeholder engagement, workshops, capability validation, and lifecycle coordination. The role works with NATO agencies, military and civilian organizations, and senior decision-makers to develop and implement joint intelligence capabilities.

Supports NATO electromagnetic operations and warfare capability development across the full lifecycle and DOTMLPFI lines. Coordinates requirements, doctrine, interoperability, stakeholder engagement, workshops, validation, lessons learned, and program management activities from tactical through strategic levels. The role requires extensive EMO/EW operational expertise, multinational NATO experience, senior-leader briefing experience, military capability development experience, and an active SECRET-level clearance.

Supports NATO multi-domain and joint effects capability development, integrating non-kinetic and non-lethal effects across DOTMLPFI. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, doctrine and policy development, program and project management, stakeholder coordination, capability lifecycle support, workshops, validation, and organizational learning. The role requires multinational military experience, senior-leader briefing skills, NATO or national headquarters experience, active SECRET clearance, onsite work in Norfolk, and up to 40 travel days annually.

Supports NATO military partnership strategy through policy analysis, concept development, strategic planning, geopolitical analysis, and senior-leader decision support. Coordinates with NATO organizations, Partner Nations, and international stakeholders; develops briefings, policies, reports, engagement materials, and military advice. Integrates Partner perspectives into transformation, future force development, exercises, experimentation, strategic foresight, and wargaming while maintaining partnership knowledge management and corporate memory.

Supports NATO Technology Advantage and warfare development by analyzing emerging and disruptive technologies, assessing military applications, developing technology adoption pathways and action plans, updating vision documentation, and coordinating stakeholder engagement, experimentation, and capability development initiatives.

Supports NATO capability development by identifying, assessing, and cataloguing emerging and disruptive technologies. Analyzes science and technology developments, capability shortfalls, defense planning products, and operational lessons learned to identify military adoption opportunities. Develops technology applications, supports experimentation and analysis of alternatives, educates military staff, and maintains EDT knowledge resources. The role is contingent on contract award, based on-site in Norfolk, Virginia, and includes approximately 25% travel.

Supports NATO military partnership activities involving capability development, innovation, interoperability, and military transformation. Coordinates with NATO organizations, Partner Nations, and defense stakeholders; analyzes capability gaps using DOTMLPFI; develops senior-leader briefings and staff products; supports defense planning, exercises, experimentation, training, interoperability initiatives, and partnership programs. The role is based in Norfolk, Virginia, requires an active Secret-level clearance, and may involve up to 30 travel days annually.

Conducts military Operations Research and Operational Analysis for NATO capability development and program decisions. Performs course-of-action, cost-effectiveness, risk, schedule, and operational-effectiveness assessments; develops analysis plans, data collection frameworks, comparative studies, reports, and decision briefs; facilitates stakeholder engagements; evaluates estimates and uncertainty; and briefs senior decision-makers. The role is onsite in Norfolk, Virginia, with up to 60 days of annual travel and requires an active NATO or national SECRET clearance.

Supports NATO military partnership and defense planning integration for Partner Nations. Coordinates ITPP and PARP activities, analyzes NATO defense planning and capability gaps, develops senior-leader briefings and staff products, supports key leader engagements, and facilitates coordination among NATO commands, headquarters, Partner Nations, and international stakeholders. Conducts geopolitical and strategic analysis to inform modernization, interoperability, capability development, and senior decision-making.
