Requires extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel and support for shipboard Readiness Assistance Training Team visits.

Leads execution of the Navy Readiness Assistance Training Team contract supporting Pacific Fleet surface ships. Manages geographically dispersed personnel, labor categories, resources, shipboard support requirements, event timelines, and contract performance. Ensures compliance with performance work statement requirements and aligns workforce capacity with Navy readiness needs across multiple locations.

Provides administrative support to the RATT program leadership and geographically dispersed team. Coordinates schedules, meetings, communications, travel, records, reports, correspondence, and contract deliverables. Maintains program documentation and handles classified materials under security protocols. Requires five years of administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance. Government contracting or military administrative experience is preferred.

Provides expert technical guidance and hands-on training for U.S. Navy shipboard electrical equipment and distribution systems. Supports operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical safety, material condition, repair capability, and readiness improvements for surface ships. Requires extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel and a current Secret clearance. Position is contingent upon contract award.

Provides expert technical guidance, hands-on training, and maintenance support for shipboard deck operations and systems aboard U.S. Navy warships and military auxiliaries. Supports anchoring, mooring, boat handling, crane, sterngate, amphibious, and underway replenishment operations to improve crew proficiency, organic repair capability, material condition, and readiness. The role is based in San Diego and requires extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel. A Secret clearance and at least 15 years of relevant experience are required.

Manage MESF training and readiness programs across subordinate naval commands. Responsibilities include readiness reporting, skill tracking, deployment certification, training pipeline quality assurance, scheduling training resources, naval message writing, leadership briefings, recurring performance reports, and Naval Reserve manpower analysis. The role requires naval warfare expertise, experience with RCRP and ERAS, Advanced Skills Management proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, AI literacy, and an active Secret clearance.

Leads Navy Information Warfare site operations, doctrine and TTP development, mission analysis, readiness assessments, advanced tactical training, and real-time LVC Fleet support. Provides technical, project, staffing, and financial leadership; evaluates training effectiveness; prepares assessments, briefings, and white papers; and interfaces with military staff and senior leaders. The role requires extensive Navy IW operational expertise across areas such as electronic warfare, cryptology, intelligence, command and control, or space operations.

Provides cryptologic and Navy Information Warfare expertise for doctrine, CONOPS, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures development, mission analysis, readiness assessments, and advanced tactical training. Supports Fleet training events, Live Virtual and Constructive exercises, operational capability evaluations, and process improvements. Produces cryptology assessments, reports, briefings, and white papers while advising technical, operational, and leadership audiences. The position requires extensive Navy cryptology experience and a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Provides Navy Information Warfare intelligence expertise, doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures development, advanced tactical training, readiness assessment, and operational analysis. Maintains the Common Operational Picture, tactical data links, intelligence continuity, and command-and-control capabilities in degraded environments. Supports Fleet training, Live Virtual and Constructive exercises, operational planning, interoperability evaluation, briefings, reports, and technical guidance to commanders and leadership.

Provides specialized Command and Control expertise for Navy Information Warfare missions. Develops and validates doctrine, CONOPS, and TTPs; maintains the common operating picture; manages tactical data links; supports C2 continuity in degraded environments; analyzes operational capabilities and readiness; delivers advanced individual, unit, joint, and fleet training; evaluates performance; supports LVC exercises; and prepares briefings, assessments, white papers, and recommendations for commanders and leadership.
