  • Ensure that we scale by creating and carrying out repeatable & measurable processes
  • Consult and assist on a range of special projects and one off tasks as we scale and refine our operating model

  • 1-2 years of experience working in learning and enablement, business operations or other equivalent operational experience
  • Extremely organized and have a strong attention to details, driving toward the most efficient process
  • Organized and can create and execute across detailed project plans
  • A strategic thinker who is always looking to improve the status quo
  • Experience with reporting and analysis in Tableau, Google Sheets, etc.

  • Outstanding multi-tasker, able to effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced growth organization
  • Passion and energy for the details and for helping others get better
  • Strong appetite for learning and growing with the company as we scale
