We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Currency Overlay Sales, Vice President / Executive Director.

FX Sales Management is looking for a Vice President / Executive Director level candidate to join its FX Sales team. This dynamic function is responsible for driving and refining an evolving product offering. Clients across Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Corporations will be engaged around the topic of complex portfolio analytics and strategic FX trading. The candidate would work with stakeholders across divisions and regions, and have direct daily engagement with FX Sales Management. There is strong opportunity for growth and leadership in this role, and requires sales acumen, autonomy, and drive.

In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-paced and constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and execute innovative transactions.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Lead data integrations between OMS, Custodians and Client for portfolio consumption
  • Liaise with clients to test completeness of data set
  • Coordinating strategic projects to advance the FX business
  • Assist in pitching FX Platforms and Hedging tools to various client base
  • OMS / Vendor relationship management
  • Cross Training with Morgan Stanley Fund Services
  • Systematic capture of client and vendor feedback, client execution profiles, and cataloguing enhancements
  • Engage in generating new revenue opportunity and ideas and then implement each to fruition

Additional responsibilities would include:

  • Working with Management, Sales, Fund Admin and Developers to drive revenue and service clients
  • Monitoring systems, trading flows, and booking model
  • Identifying, designing and implement new logic to streamlining recurring business problems
  • Coordinating new project campaigns

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Comfort with general data integrations
  • Good understanding of various FX Products and Hedging
  • Client facing experience with strong sense of prioritisation
  • Strong quantitative, technical skill and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multitask
  • Highly team oriented, commercially driven and overall eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, and to turn in quality work quickly under strict time constraints
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Technical skills with a general ability to code in order to streamline recurring business problems
