Job title : Marketing Generalist

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Marketing Generalist to own and

lead multiple growth channels across SEO, Reddit, PR, content, community building, and

digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can

independently drive brand awareness, organic growth, and customer acquisition.

You will work closely with leadership to build and execute marketing strategies that increase

visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and generate high-quality inbound traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Organic Growth

● Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

● Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.

● Optimize on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.

● Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs,

SEMrush, etc.

● Work with content and technical teams to improve search visibility.

Reddit & Community Marketing

● Build and manage Reddit growth strategies across relevant communities.

● Create authentic engagement plans and monitor discussions.

● Identify opportunities for brand awareness and lead generation through

community-driven platforms.

● Manage presence across Reddit, Quora, and other niche communities.

PR & Brand Building

● Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand credibility.

● Build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry publications.

● Coordinate press releases, media mentions, and guest articles.

● Identify opportunities for thought leadership and brand partnerships.

Content & Social Media

● Collaborate on blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social media content.

● Ensure content aligns with SEO and brand objectives.

● Assist in planning and executing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other

platforms.

● Track content performance and optimize based on insights.

Growth & Performance Marketing

● Support digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels.

● Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

● Experiment with new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

● Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Analytics & Reporting

● Measure KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

● Track website traffic, conversions, and marketing funnel metrics.

● Use data to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

Requirements

● 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, SEO, or related

roles.

● Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, Reddit/community marketing,

and PR.

● Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console,

Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva, Notion, or similar platforms.

● Excellent writing and communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

● Analytical mindset with a strong bias for execution.

● Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is preferred.

Good to Have

● Experience with healthcare, medical tourism, or international markets.

● Familiarity with AI tools and content automation.

● Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

● Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.

● Experience with influencer collaborations and partnerships.
