We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven CT/Insurgency Analysts at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to provide all-source intelligence analysis on terrorist and insurgent groups worldwide.Your Mission
As a CT/Insurgency Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and disrupting terrorist and insurgent activities. You will directly support counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations, conduct pattern-of-life and network analysis, and contribute to identity intelligence to safeguard U.S. and allied interests.What You’ll Do
- Produce IC-coordinated, all-source intelligence products on terrorist and insurgent groups, their operations, and global activities.
- Identify, expose, and exploit adversary planning, operations, and vulnerabilities.
- Analyze terrorist tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), including CBRNE threats.
- Conduct pattern-of-life, network development, and targeting analysis.
- Provide analytic support to counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations, including 24/7 warning activities.
- Support Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) to extract relevant intelligence.
- Track, identify, and manage identity information on known or suspected terrorists.
- Nominate identities into recognized terrorist threat systems for intelligence and operational use.
- Collaborate across military, intelligence, and interagency partners to produce actionable analysis.
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
- Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Graduate of the Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course (in-residence) or Military Service equivalent.
- Proven track record in all-source intelligence analysis with a focus on terrorism and insurgency.
- Strong ability to analyze networks, assess TTPs, and identify adversary vulnerabilities.
- Experience supporting counterterrorism/counterinsurgency missions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for authoring reports, assessments, and briefings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interagency and multinational partners.
- Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM operations.
- Expertise in identity intelligence and nomination processes.
- Familiarity with DOMEX and advanced all-source analytic tools.
- Regional expertise or experience supporting a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR).
