Supports government GEOINT source strategy development across the TCPED lifecycle. Manages multi-source datasets, evaluates model confidence and reliability, develops automated collection and inferencing strategies, and applies knowledge of traditional and emerging sensors. Collaborates with customers, source providers, data scientists, and intelligence teams on multi-intelligence collection strategies, information needs, mission operations, and sensor phenomenology. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and at least five years of relevant experience.

Provide classroom and hands-on instruction for Air Force DCGS analysts, develop course content and realistic scenarios, support Capstone exercises, perform courseware QA, and use LMS and ISR analytic tools to assess and train Analysis and Exploitation Teams.

Provide subject matter expertise in Air Force cryptologic intelligence oversight and compliance. Develop, manage, and implement IO policy; oversee access to sensitive databases; review mission authorization; represent AF SCC with partners; prepare briefings and policy papers; apply decision analytics and modeling; lead analytic teams.

Perform advanced Full Motion Video and imagery analysis to support Special Operations missions, contributing to intelligence operations and producing accurate GEOINT products.

As a Full Motion Video Analyst, you will analyze FMV collected by ISR platforms, create reports for government decision-makers, and develop specialized skills through training and on-the-job experience.

Perform advanced geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis to support Special Operations targeting (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze). Produce regional and point analysis products, utilize GIS and intelligence automation, manage collection processes, and develop geospatial processing methodologies. Requires operational/tactical intelligence experience.

Analyze and exploit FMV, create intelligence products, and support high-level briefings, while receiving comprehensive operational training in intelligence.

Design, develop, and support Palantir Foundry applications, data pipelines, ontologies, and analytics products. Integrate enterprise data sources, perform data quality and performance optimization, build dashboards and workflows, and collaborate with mission users. Provide documentation, training, and apply security, governance, and software development standards.

Perform advanced imagery and MASINT analysis and quality control using geospatial/imagery applications to support Special Operations targeting (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze). Execute PED of multisensor remotely sensed data, fuse multi-discipline datasets, develop collection plans, train others, document emerging FSG processes, and produce detailed regional and point analysis products for JSOC missions.

Develop and manage joint lethal/non-lethal targets and nominations; create and update database records; produce all-source damage estimates, battle damage assessments, and collateral damage estimations; perform target list management, prioritization, and provide joint targeting intelligence support. Use MIDB and targeting tools (JTT, NPW, JEMS, PTM, NGA systems) and collaborate across IC and AF targeting organizations.

Provide all-source intelligence fusion and tradecraft analysis supporting ACC and AOC operations. Develop and evaluate analytic processes/tools, draft and review guidance, capture lessons learned, and advise IC and senior defense leaders on analytic standards and implementation in accordance with ICD 203.

Exploit and analyze Full Motion Video from airborne ISR platforms to identify activities, patterns of life, and significant events. Produce timely intelligence reports and imagery products, correlate observations with other intelligence sources, present findings to government customers, and support mission-critical operations while developing advanced analytical skills through training and mentoring.

Support maritime cartography and GEOINT by producing digital maps and geospatial products using ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro, ERDAS, and SOCET SET. Create shapefiles, geodatabases, and features, perform image processing and digital cartography, and deliver NGA-format geospatial datasets. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and geospatial analysis experience.

Transition HUMINT collectors into FMV analysts by completing FMV tradecraft training and OJT, exploiting ISR video and NTM imagery, fusing HUMINT/SIGINT for intelligence products, producing imagery graphics/reports, and supporting cross-training and instructor pathways.

Designs and integrates approved AI/ML tools into intelligence workflows by evaluating and configuring tools, redesigning processes, building prompt libraries and templates, measuring performance with KPIs, applying Lean Six Sigma improvements, and driving analyst adoption through training and stakeholder collaboration.

Perform advanced imagery and imagery-derived MASINT analysis (HSI/MSI, SAR, LiDAR, thermal, electro-optical), PED of remotely sensed data, QA of products, fuse multi-discipline datasets, build collection plans, support Special Operations targeting, and train non-FSG analysts.

Develop and apply AI/ML and advanced analytics to transform large structured and unstructured intelligence data into actionable insights. Perform data cleaning, integration, validation, and visualization; build automated analytical methodologies and ML models; produce dashboards in Tableau and Power BI; apply intelligence tradecraft (ABI); collaborate with analysts, engineers, and government stakeholders; document methodologies and support continuous process improvement.
