Job Description:

Sustainability Intern – Supply Chain

Shanghai / Hybrid (as applicable)

Internship (6 months, full-time)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Intern to support our supply chain sustainability initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to support data collection, analysis, and coordination efforts related to sustainability performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Collect, consolidate, and organize sustainability and supply chain-related data from internal teams and external suppliers

• Support data quality checks, documentation, and version control to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Assist with data analysis and preparation of summaries, dashboards, or reports to support decision-making

• Coordinate logistics and communications for supplier sustainability trainings and engagement activities

• Track supplier participation, follow-ups, and action items related to sustainability programs

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing sustainability and supply chain initiatives

• Perform ad hoc tasks and operational support as needed; no task is too small

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and learning new concepts quickly

• Down-to-earth, collaborative, and proactive working style

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar)

• Basic coding or scripting experience is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with sustainability topics such as supplier engagement, responsible sourcing, traceability, and supply chain environmental performance is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Hands-on experience supporting real-world sustainability and supply chain initiatives

• Exposure to supplier engagement and sustainability data management
