Our Customer Solutions Center (CSC) is a critical part of our business, and as an agent, you'll be a key driver of sales, retention, customer insights, and a great customer experience. You'll take a consultative approach to guide customers through their sales journey, helping them find the right coverage for their business. This is also a fantastic chance to share your ideas with the wider business to increase sales and improve the customer experience.What Will You Do?- Handle inbound and outbound calls to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers to make sure their businesses are fully covered.
- Participate in our Test and Learn initiatives to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics for sales, premium, policies per customer, quality, and productivity.
- Stick to all our compliance and quality standards.
- Use our internal systems to keep customer, quote, and policy information accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- The ability to adapt to frequent change, handle unknowns, and give feedback to help shape new initiatives.
- A team-player attitude who can also work independently.
- A self-motivated mindset with the drive to exceed targets.
- Self-discipline and excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

- At least one year of experience selling insurance in a call center environment.
