Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Accountable of yearly/quarterly revenue goals, including service contract revenue, billable parts and labor revenue.
  • Billable spare business is a major portion, be responsible for developing process to track the activities, making plans to drive its revenue growth, and actively working with the customers to compete with 3rd parties.
  • Responsible for service contract development, closure and financial objectives
  • Working with GSS marketing team to align service offerings, margin analysis and objectives
  • Working with SSO(Parts group) to make sure there is no gap in deliveries, allocate and prioritize resources if needed
  • Role of external communications with the customers, including but not limited to procurement personnels, fab users, customer management and finance if AR is required.
  • Role of internal communications with service operation team, regional admin., account teams and supporting functional teams such as finance, GTC and revenue group.
  • As one team partner with service sales team to collaborate on overall goals, process development and optimization, knowledge sharing and financial objectives.
  • Part of the time is needed to own SPC business, subject to further discussions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of >5 years in Semiconductor industry
  • Prefer working experience with wafer front-end area, either from fab side or from vendor side
  • Prefer working experience of the role of sales position.
