Your Mission: As our Crypto Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Cryptology’s online presence, building dynamic, engaging social media campaigns that grow our community, drive engagement, and spread the word about our cutting-edge platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling social media strategies that increase brand awareness and community engagement across Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage daily content for all our channels, adapting messaging for each platform.
• Partner with top influencers and KOLs to create buzz and excitement about our platform.
• Plan and execute standout campaigns, analyzing performance to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Track and optimize using the latest analytical tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, listing, sales, customer support) to ensure a consistent, on-brand message.
• Stay ahead of trends in crypto, blockchain, and social media to keep our strategy fresh and exciting.
• Lead social media education efforts within our team, fostering a culture of innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of proven success in SMM, preferably in the fintech/crypto space.
• A deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trends, and the online marketing ecosystem.
• Stellar communication skills in English (written & verbal) with a C1+ fluency level.
• Hands-on experience managing content and working with analytical tools like Google Analytics.
• Expertise in hashtags, SEO (including YouTube SEO), and keyword research.
• A creative mindset with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a fast-paced work environment.
