Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Mission Focus: Work with a diverse set of Intelligence Community and Military cyber planners and operators to develop and support a range of tasks. Support meetings and working groups with senior level Intelligence Community and Defense Personnel.
Technical Proficiency: Develop and staff operations plans and targeting Cyber Operations. Write and present white papers, reports, and briefs to support operations planning. Identify risks and recommend training to ensure success in planned cyber operations.
Qualifications: a bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of relevant experience, Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to collection, cyber and intelligence analysis and/or a similar mission in the IC or DOD.
Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered for this role.
Desirable Skills: Experience should include strategic and/or operational level planning such as joint operations. External engagement/collaboration experience including participation in cross-Agency working groups, Joint Duty Assignments, field assignments, and external customer support are preferred. Experience supporting and/or performing cyber operations and targeting (non-kinetic/Kinetic).
