As we expand our reach and capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead our sales and marketing operations and fuel our next stage of growth.

The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategic direction of the company. This role demands a leader with a strong track record in scaling revenue in the technology sector, particularly within enterprise IT. The CRO will oversee all revenue-generating processes, including sales team leadership, marketing leadership, market competitiveness, pricing, and revenue management.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed the company’s revenue targets
  • Lead and expand the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on solution selling and customer success
  • Lead and expand the marketing team ensuring marketing and sales work as one team to generate net new pipeline that converts into revenue
  • Collaborate with product teams to align on go-to-market strategies, ensuring that sales strategies and tactics are integrated across the company
  • Establish robust sales management processes to oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting
  • Partner with the engineering and customer success teams to ensure continued product-market fit and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve the product offerings and sales approach
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers and strategic partners, enhancing business growth and retention

  • 10+ years of relevant sales leadership experience selling an enterprise IT software product
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and effectively scaling sales operations in a start-up, high-growth environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a growing sales team (player-coach)
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach and revenue
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with a metrics-driven approach to decision making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally
