What will you do:
-
Agreeing risk appetite and tolerance statement with the Board.

Managing a universal risk register and risk assessment process.
-
Drafting and maintaining Risk Management Framework.
-
Compiling the Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC) Committee’s terms of reference.
-
Reporting key risk indicators to the Board.
-
Updating and reviewing the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (“ICARA”) at least on an annual basis.
-
Updating and reviewing the Recovery Plan, Wind down Plan, Resolution Plan at least on an annual basis.
-
Testing 1st Line risk management tools.
-
Risk management training.
-
Responsible for certain regulatory reporting.

The production of risk management policies and procedures.
-
Risk identification and ensuring that effective risk mitigants are in place.

Attend ARC and manage the Internal Audit process with the Internal Auditor.
