Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As a CRM Strategist at Massive Rocket, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Principal CRM Strategist to shape and deliver CRM strategies that move the needle for our clients. You’ll help build strategic plans, translate them into clear, actionable initiatives, and ensure they’re handed over smoothly to the execution team so they can drive KPIs, performance, and measurable ROI.
You’ll play a key role in turning complex frameworks into simple, compelling narratives — the kind that teams can execute confidently and clients can rally behind. You’ll join client sessions throughout the Delivery Sales Lifecycle, helping uncover core challenges and contributing to data‑driven marketing strategies that make a real impact.
You’ll also support the creation of pitches that tell powerful stories through strategy, data, and insight. And you’ll run strategy sessions grounded in lifecycle thinking, best practices, and proven principles to help clients unlock long‑term success.
What Will You Do?
• Turn complex frameworks into simple, compelling narratives that teams can execute confidently
• Join client sessions throughout the Delivery Sales Lifecycle to uncover challenges and shape data‑driven strategies
• Support the creation of pitches that tell powerful stories through strategy, data, and insight
• Run strategy sessions grounded in lifecycle thinking, best practices, and proven CRM principles
• Translate strategic recommendations into clear, actionable plans for execution teams
• Contribute to measurable client success by aligning strategy with KPIs and ROI goals
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 6+ years of hands‑on CRM experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated CRM Strategy role within an agency, consultancy, or client‑side team
• Strong working knowledge of leading CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot
• Confident presenting complex strategies and turning insights into clear value propositions and achievable activation plans
• Data‑driven mindset, with experience analysing customer communications and using insights to shape future campaigns — from audience selection to next‑best actions, content, and timing
• Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems and Martech, with expertise across platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and similar tools
• Experience delivering CRM consulting or advisory services to clients is a strong advantage
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
