What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of core systems for our social media marketing tools
- Drive greenfield projects to deliver social-ready content pipelines, scheduling tools, and distribution integrations
- Define architecture for scalable, AI-native experiences that serve thousands of clients
- Rapidly prototype features using AI in your day-to-day (Langchain, OpenRouter, etc.)
- Mentor a small team while remaining hands-on in code and technical decisions
- Partner across AI, product, and marketing to bring innovative ideas to market fast
- Push the boundaries of what social marketing can do for real estate pros
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for building in an AI-augmented environment with rapid iteration
- Experience with social media platforms, marketing tools, or creator ecosystems
- 8+ years in full-stack engineering, with hands-on leadership in product development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Strong systems thinker; comfortable designing scalable microservice architectures
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), GraphQL, and distributed databases
- SaaS background with preference for multi-tenant and platform experiences
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Real estate tech (PropTech), social platform APIs, or martech experience is a plus
