This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong judgement, customer focus, and the ability to connect business challenges with practical technology outcomes.
As Blackbaud continues to scale Intelligence for Good®, this role will use approved AI capabilities responsibly to improve preparation, discovery, solution design, documentation, and internal efficiency. You will help customers understand where AI capabilities may support their mission, while applying sound judgement, human oversight, and policy-aligned practices.
What you'll be doing
Lead discovery sessions to understand customer goals, challenges, and requirements, translating them into tailored solution recommendations
Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and technical guidance that show how Blackbaud technology can support fundraising, engagement, and operational outcomes
Support sales opportunities through solution design, proposal input, RFP responses, and implementation planning
Deliver consulting services including training, system reviews, optimisation workshops, and advisory engagements that help customers maximise value from their investment
Partner with Business Development, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights, improve customer outcomes, and contribute to best practices
What you'll bring
Significant experience using fundraising CRM systems, with Blackbaud product experience strongly preferred (Raiser’s Edge, RENXT, BlackbaudCRM)
Strong discovery, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technology recommendations, implementation approaches, and consulting outcomes
Experience delivering customer-facing consulting, training, pre-sales, solution demonstrations, or advisory services
Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and a passion for helping purpose-driven organisations achieve greater impact
