Primary Function

The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for crafting compelling email campaigns that engage our target audience, drive conversions, and enhance brand awareness. You will utilize your creativity and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and data-driven insights.

Principal Duties:

  • Email Content Creation: Develop persuasive and targeted email content tailored to various customer segments and campaign goals.
  • Campaign Management: Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, testing, business approvals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance metrics (KPIs), and optimize future email campaigns based on insights.
  • List Management: Manage email distribution lists, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with servicing distribution regulations.
  • Automation: Implement marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, content writers, and marketing managers to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on email campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferred.
  • 2-4 years proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., SendGrid, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and email automation best practices.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and customer engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to achieving campaign objectives.
