Our client is a leading financial services company in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Be responsible for the management, operation, and development of the CRM system supporting the Bank’s business activities.
- Lead the implementation of CRM projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation operation.
- Collaborate with Business, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to identify requirements and optimize processes within the CRM system.
- Develop and manage the CRM product roadmap, and propose new features and enhancements to improve sales effectiveness and customer management.
- Drive CRM adoption across the business teams, ensuring that the system is utilized effectively and supports the achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate CRM performance and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, E-commerce, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a CRM Manager, CRM Lead, Marketing Automation, or CRM System role. Experience working for companies that implement Salesforce CRM, such as FIS, Deloitte, or KPMG, is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have implemented CRM solutions such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms, or who have experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner for CRM products at technology or software companies.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, CRM product management, and CRM implementation processes.
- Sound knowledge of Sales Management and Sales Operating Models.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate with stakeholders at various levels, including Business, Sales Management, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and senior management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Skills Required
