About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Manager to lead customer engagement and retention

initiatives across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing

CRM campaigns, developing loyalty programmes, and driving customer lifetime value in a

dynamic, fast-paced environment.


You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including content and creative, DTC, brand

management, tech and business intelligence, to design and execute CRM strategies that build

stronger customer relationships and deliver measurable business growth.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage CRM strategies across multiple brands to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (email, SMS, automated flows) across customer segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Oversee loyalty and rewards programme management, ensuring the programme enhances customer experience and drives repeat purchases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brand teams, creative, DTC) to align CRM activities with overall brand and business goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Manage CRM tools and platforms — experience with Klaviyo is highly desirable.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics such as engagement, retention, and ROI.
  • Staying ahead of trends in CRM, customer experience, and digital marketing to continuously improve CRM effectiveness, experience utilizing AI in CRM content and strategy is highly desirable.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of CRM or campaign management experience, preferably across multiple brands.
  • Proven experience in loyalty programme management and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail.
