Manage active consumer product development lifecycles from formulation and packaging approval through production and commercialization. Coordinate contract manufacturers, formulators, suppliers, and cross-functional teams while maintaining timelines, budgets, margins, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and launch readiness for ecommerce and retail channels.

Lead global inventory planning and supply chain optimization across sales channels and regions. Set replenishment targets, oversee inventory analysts and procurement teams, monitor stock risks, manage supplier performance, and drive strategic projects involving 3PLs, supplier negotiations, FBA inbound performance, packaging, retail processes, and automation. The role supports rapid business growth through data-driven decisions, cost optimization, scalable processes, and cross-functional leadership.

Own the creator partnerships function across three consumer brands. Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating influencer collaborations, managing affiliate, gifting, and barter programs, writing creator briefs, tracking performance and usage rights, and editing UGC for reuse across social, Amazon, and DTC channels. The role also manages budgets, creator databases, content pipelines, and growth recommendations while leveraging AI, automation, and data tools.

Own the influencer marketing function across three consumer brands, including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, affiliate and gifting programs, UGC briefing, rights management, performance tracking, and content repurposing. Build creator networks, manage budgets and partnerships, evaluate conversion and revenue performance, and produce or adapt short-form content for TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and DTC channels. The role requires autonomous execution, strong negotiation, and data- and AI-enabled workflows.

Own the end-to-end new product development pipeline for beauty and skincare brands, from opportunity identification and sourcing through commercialization. Lead portfolio strategy, market analytics, product concepts, supplier relationships, quality, compliance, pricing, forecasting, and launch execution. Manage product development staff and procurement support while partnering cross-functionally with brand, marketing, legal, operations, and suppliers to drive profitable category growth and rapid innovation across Amazon, DTC, and retail channels.

Manage end-to-end VAT and Sales Tax compliance, reconcile tax balances to NetSuite, perform technical tax research, support audits, drive process improvements, and explain tax adjustments impacting P&L.
