Neo Group is on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join our Marketing Team.

What We Want From You:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive player retention and reactivation, ensuring alignment with regional markets and player segments.
  • Develop and manage a multi-geo promotional calendar, including campaign priorities, content, and notifications.
  • Oversee campaign performance analysis, providing insights and suggesting improvements for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, design, development, and regional teams to deliver high-quality, localized promotions.
  • Ensure promotional materials and website banners align with brand guidelines and localization requirements.
  • Manage CRM promotions, including segment management, setting up promotions, tournaments, and communication journeys.
  • Monitor and control promotion budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and quality assurance of the bonus journey.
  • Conduct market research to identify new promotional opportunities and maintain competitive strategies.
